TexShare Card Request Form
The TexShare Card allows TAMUK faculty, students, and staff to borrow materials from other TexShare libraries.  Use this card if you plan to visit TexShare libraries; if you know the material you want and cannot visit a TexShare library in person, please request the material through Interlibrary Loan.       Please review the TexShare Borrower Responsibilities page before signing up for the TexShare Card. You may request a TexShare card at the Jernigan Library Circulation Desk.  You may also fill out this form to request a TexShare Card.  Please indicate whether you want the card mailed to your address or whether you will pick up the card at the Circulation Desk.  For students, the TexShare Card is valid for one semester.  For faculty and staff, the TexShare card is valid for the academic year. You must be a current TAMUK student, faculty member, or staff member to be eligible to receive a TexShare Card.        NOTE:  TAMUSA students, faculty, and staff may request TexShare cards at the TAMUSA Library in room 220.      Problems with this form?  Email the information to rutilde.guerrero@tamuk.edu.
