Bruce R. Schueneman, circa 1975


  Biography:
  Bruce was born in Lodi, Ohio and grew up in Ohio, Colorado, and California. He attended the University of California at Berkeley (BA), San Jose State University (MLS), Texas A&I University (MS). Bruce came to Texas A&I University (later Texas A&M University-Kingsville) in September 1979, and has held the following positions: Government Documents Librarian, Reference Librarian, Interlibrary Services Librarian, Acquisitions/Serials Librarian, and Head of Technical Services. He is currently Systems Librarian and Head of the Systems Department.

Bruce is a keen amateur violinist. He has written several books and numerous articles on music and/or library issues. He is married and has two children.
