Equipment requests must be submitted two business days prior to your class or event date. Before requesting equipment, please check on what equipment is already available in the room or through the department. Please review eligibility, delivery and loan period guidelines prior to submitting requests. If you have any questions or problems, please contact (361)593-2164.

At this time, you will be informed of any problmes or concerns with your request. Requests that do not follow submission, delivery, or loan period guidelines may be rejected.

You, the borrower, are reqponsible for ensuring that all equipment is returned promptly and in satisfactory condition. Equipment that is damaged or stolen due to carelessness or misuse while under the care of other departments will be repaired or replaced at the cost of the borrowing department.

Personal use of University equipment is prohibited by State Law.
